You are the guiding force for our work together.
I am a queer, trans (they/he), AuDHD (autistic and ADHD), sex and kink positive psychotherapist. I believe all bodies are good bodies and all brains are good brains.
I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent college students and adults.

We might work well together if:
You’re struggling with depression or anxiety and in need of a reminder of the amazing skills you have for caring for yourself
You're interested in learning more about how to celebrate and manage your neurodivergent brain
You wish to process trauma conversationally, narratively, somatically, or creatively
You are hoping to receive compassionate support around an addiction(s)

My approach is deeply trauma-informed and relational, rooted in the idea that we can heal and grow through connection. I aim to create an environment that centers safety, consent, mutuality, collaboration, autonomy, and individuality.
I offer eclectic individual talk therapy that pulls skills and psycho-education from a variety of evidence-based modalities including, dialetical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), motivational interviewing (MI), harm reduction, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My communication style is direct, conversational, and deeply influenced by motivational interviewing (MI).
